Shipping & Delivery Policy – El Sokary

1. Coverage Areas

We deliver to all governorates across Egypt through trusted shipping partners.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed after business hours are processed the following day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days

• Delta & Lower Egypt: 3–4 business days

• Upper Egypt & Red Sea: 4–6 business days

Delivery times may increase during peak seasons.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

5. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect the package before accepting delivery. For fragile items such as screens, customers may open the box in the courier’s presence.

Once delivery is accepted, damage claims related to visible breakage are not accepted.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect contact details or unavailability, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
