Return & Refund Policy – El Sokary Car Accessories
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. This policy complies with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law and outlines the terms for returns and exchanges.
1. Return Period

Change of mind: Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.

Manufacturing defects: In case of a verified manufacturing defect (especially for screens and electronic devices), returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt.
2. Conditions for Accepting Returns
Due to the technical nature of our products, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Adhesive accessories cannot be returned if the protective adhesive layer has been removed.

Car screens:

The original screen protector must remain intact.

Wiring harnesses must not be cut or modified.

Any software modification, rooting, or tampering voids the return and warranty eligibility.

3. Non-Returnable Cases

Damage caused by incorrect installation or improper handling.

Customized or special-order products.

Missing accessories or packaging.
-
Scratches or damage caused by misuse.
4. Shipping Costs

If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or store error, El Sokary covers all shipping costs.

For change-of-mind returns, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
5. How to Request a Return

Contact customer support via WhatsApp, email, or phone.

Provide clear photos of the product and packaging (videos required for screen defects).

Our team will review the request and arrange pickup if approved.
6. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued within 5–14 business days after inspection.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method or agreed digital wallets.
